Lol.

A modern tank car would be fantastic.    I'd need a mortgage.   But fantastic.

CryoTrans reefer? Very colorful car.

Barry
I've seen a few of those on the general freights in the South so I would probably be in for a few if that were to be the car

Looks like 70 ton trucks on it so I think its a 1970's or earlier boxcar. Hopefully it is 70's era or earlier. Its definatley a 50' car ME flex track and 30 ties from end axle to end axle.

Well if its this 62' tank car I think it would be the bones for the UP o-70 19K tank built in 1954ish . All I would need is a big fat dome and use my light-saber to lop off 11 or so feet .

From that comes this .

I like the idea of it being closer to the Athearn car, as up1950s posted, but that car, from what I remember, doesn't have an actual prototype, so I doubt it.  The era's right at least.

It's not a tank car, no shelf couples and without those Craig wouldn't be able to handle all the bashing.

My guess a modern Bulkhead flat.

I am thinking woodchip car with an end door . Many types of that general length with trucks on the corners . Most people would want a cut of them instead of a single car . Will a flood loader and tip-up unloader be far behind ?

From that comes this .

Plans have been acquired.  Time has been harder to find.  Hopefully when the summer's over.
