I spent several hours on Friday night and Saturday afternoon down in Salt Lake City taking photos of 4014 both for art and for superdetailing my Athearn Big Boys. I'll be following this train up the Wasatch Grade on Tuesday! FUN!!
Is that a giant 1:1 Kadee uncoupling magnet?
Bob, very nice photos, thanks for sharing. But to model this train, you'd need to remove the lagging.... Best, Otto
I'm begging you, man, please do some 60s era stuff... A 351 would be a blessing... A 64ish International DCO405... A Crackerbox...A Dodge LCF
An update post... Very happy with my attempt to model gravel roads and parking areas with damp spots. Dark grey tile grout blended in with the base coats works really well.I ended up here this afternoon.... A couple of puddles would be nice... may try that next.
That is very effective, probably the best I have seen. Could you elaborate on how you did that?
