Weren't they built in the US at Koppel, PA? Was there a plant overseas as well?
The Pa. plant was the "overseas" one-the company was from Prussia; Berlin area. The US subsidiary apparently built rail cars, but not locomotives.http://www.midcontinent.org/rollingstock/builders/koppel.htm
Looks much like the Kato Pocket Line trains. Love my trams but the little steamer and centre cab always look interesting. Dreams of a more modern Pacific Electric rolling around my head again...http://www.nscaledivision.com/images/Kato%20Images/KATO%20Pocket%20Line.jpg
Next question is,where can I get one,LOL!!!
