Should have included this in the Athearn Ford post.  Also looking for the following Mack R three-axle tractors:

#13897 Red
#13900 Black
#13901 White

And one 40' X-post trailer from either of the two St Johnsbury two-packs, #17123 or #17124.

Thanks.

You're not the only one looking for the Mack R's! It's about time Athearn released some more ...

No problem, I usually look on their site first when I see someone is looking for something.  They have a great stock of N Scale at Mainline

Thanks for the tip, I've not come across them before so I'll be giving them a try.

Cheers,

Kev

Bryan, I have two St Johnsbury trailers but they're airbrush weathered.  You can have them if you want.

After all the times you've comped me?  No charge whatsoever.  Just send me your mailing address.

You sure you only need one?  I'll send the better looking of the two.

It's about time Athearn released some more ...

They just re-released them a couple of months ago.  But granted, this should be an ongoing-ly available product.

Hmm ... newest release I can see on Athearn's site is from 2011  :? and nothing in stock at all. But if some were released a couple months ago, they should hit the UK around May.

I guess that 2011 is recent (in "Athearn years").  :D  Funny, it seems like it was just a year or so ago.  The older we get, the faster time seems to zip by!

I bought a gaggle of 2 and 3 axle Mack Rs from MBK last year for a flat car load, and those were fresh releases. In fact, MBK has a handful of 2 axle tractors still available so it must have been at the tail end of the year.  The 2011 date on the Athearn site is the announced date, as in new product announcement.

The latest release of the Mack R semi-tractors was in June 2013.  http://nscalevehicles.org/new_products/2013_q2.php
