Help Needed: Prep Plant Research

I am working on building a new layout and I have run in to some trouble in industry design. The layout is going to feature a foobed CSX coal branch that includes a small mine and small sized prep plant. I have found tons of information on small mine loaders, but nothing on prep plants. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of good resources on them.
