Came across this tonight. Definitely some possibilities here for structure lighting. I wonder how well it would work as a track lead, or maybe a quick fixit for dead track/broken leads.

Meh. The key here is "rollerball". They show it being used on paper. That's wonderful and all that if your thinking is drawing prototype circuits that you can lay parts on (their evident focus), but a rollerball is not going to get reliable results on a hard surface. That's one reason the older products are basically paint pens with fiber tips.

While conductive paints (in paint markers or in ballpoint pens) have their uses, for most N scale applications where I need to hide wires, I prefer magnet wire (or even very thin uninsulated wire).  It is pretty easy to hide wire not much thicker than human hair.

Here is an N scale carnival ride where I connected 0603 SMD LEDs with bare wire (single strand taken from a thicker stranded wire).  It is pretty well hidden under the paint.  Conductive pen would IMO not be as handy for making a conductor.
