Yep! They make butchering styrofoam much easier. And the cheaper the better, I've found.

Got some new photos after I spent some time doing final, in-situ track planning on York.

Here's an overview. In the lower left is the small siding for Ohio Blenders, an Alfalfa company that was eminent domained (for no good reason, it seems) in 2009. It'll take up to three covered hoppers, and will be modeled with just a small unloading spout under the track. http://falmanac.blogspot.com/2009/10/goodbye-ohio-blenders.html (photo: http://www.railroad.net/articles/railfanning/yorkpa/y-ohio_blenders.jpg)

Then we move into the station area. Until I scratch build the actual York station (who knows when that'll be), I'll be putting in lot and an Amshack (like http://railroadfan.com/gallery/displayimage-45426.html). The ME building is a stand in for the long narrow warehouse that I'll have to kitbash/scratch build to fit. Also, that'll be a team track / transflow siding across the tracks from the station. There actually was one there in reality, until they built a ballpark on top of it.

And this is the MA&PA interchange / Poorhouse Yard area. It's flipped front to back from reality, but surprisingly, works pretty well. My only regret is that I can't replicate the diamond that leads down to the old MA&PA and the warehouses, or the tower, but I'll live. That's a liquified petroleum dealer that really exists too.

I like it!  If we can convince @Lemosteam to Shapeways-up a PRR brick tower maybe you'd change your mind about YORK tower.  You could shoe-horn it where the double track peels off at Poorhouse Yard right where that little shed is now.

He asks excitedly "Did you say Ménage à Trois?"
No, I said "Ed's Law."
