PRR removed track 2 in 1964 to scrap it for dividends and to pay for the demolition in New York...

I don't understand all you kids today with your single track mains and your hip hop music.

Four track mains are clearly for fellows who have to make up for shortcomings in other areas of their lives...

That statement is not supported by what your mom said last night.

You're on the list, too, Eric! Don't think your 4 track transcontinental mainline can make up for your FremoN nonsense!   :D :D :D

I've always liked that bridge. Just not passing under it.
It's a bit of a tight squeeze.

I have been seriously slacking on almost all train stuff this summer.

But, hopefully that's come to an end.

Yesterday, my friend Ben stopped by (who many of you know), and after doing some work on one of his projects, we did some work on the layout.

We were discussing what season I should do it in. Lee had done summer, and I had thought about keeping it, but it just didn't seem to be "me". So, we got out the craft paints and made the whole thing look a lot more monochrome (in preparation for bringing it back to life with winter scenery and lots of grout).

I'd love to see you do a mud season layout like the Alagash over on MRH . . . .
