It has the right color, general shape, orientation, and location relative to the other structures.  Anyone who's been to that part of York would recognize it.  Works for me!

Exactly what I was going for.

The stepped brick end wall would be a very distinctive feature to add.  I like the look so far, though.  :)

It's a thought for a future sprint.

Ed, the two tracks on the left... Are they part of the main?  The color of the ballast looks odd...

Yep. It's the color balance in the photo. They're the same gray as mains elsewhere.

What did you use for that?

Walthers HO brick sheet.  Comes in pack of 4 sheets.  Found center point, and measured out from there.  Cut along mortar lines to get the steps.  Then cut styrene for caps.

Assuming still some work to do on the roof as the near corner is curling.

Yep. Trying to figure out the best way to solve that. I'm thinking something a bit more robust than the glue stick I tried.

Genuine Scotch brand double sides tape.  Don't laugh but my wife uses it to hold her blouses closed at the neck when she wants less reveal.  If it can tackle that job it can hold the roof down.

Nice overview!  This will be a great stage for running and photographing trains.

Maybe we should have a road painting session before you start gluing down structures.

All that N scale sh!t is in the way of your future PRR 3-rail layout.
