Congrats to Jason Smith(superturbine) on the cover and Great Shots photo spread, the Big Boy looks great as does the 9000 on the cover( NSE 1st place winner in Milwaukee). You make some brass collectors have a heart attack when the see the tender on the Big Blow!, man that is filthy. Gordon

Motion made and seconded.

All in favor say "aye"

Opposed "no"

The "ayes" appear to have it. Well done guys.

Wow,

Thanks guys.  I is still hard to believe I achieved the childhood dream of being in a model railroad magazine.  Hope you enjoy the issue, the main contributors had some great and interesting work.

I just got my issue in the mail today.  Jason, you did a great job on that engine.  It made a great cover shot.

Congratulations on a great achievement!

As they say in the Navy - "Bravo Zulu" to Jason Smith for his great modeling and equally fine cover photo on N Scale Railroading's current issue. A 9000-class in ANY scale is a real head turner, but a semi-scratchbuilt N-scale version as good as Jason's sets a new standard for a lot of us. Well done!

Can't wait to get my issue, but congrats Jason nevertheless! The Big Nine is quite an engine and your model does it justice, in  N scale,  no less! Great going!

Congratulations on the beautiful cover photo, Jason. But the video of that masterpiece in motion will always be the jaw-dropping moment for me. Beautiful modeling, but mind blowing mechanical genius!!
