Track is all C55 with handlaid turnouts.

Looking great man! I especially like this pic, would be easy to do on a larger layout, but to do it in the space your working with takes skill and lots of forethought. Nice!

I refurbished that building couple of years ago (replacing all the light bulbs with LEDs), but unfortunately I did not take any photos then, or during the initial construction (about 20 years ago).

FOUL.  The stair case doesn't align with the second floor level.  You need to flatten out a landing that comes up about 2' below the second floor window sills.

I agree, however some of those pesky laser cut kit manufacturers still insist on using wood.

I have a single wood structure, on my layout. Just a simple loading dock. You guys just made me go check, to make sure I built it with the grain running the right direction. 

I got it right, by the way.
