Intro - new here, with a few obligatory layout photos

Hi -
I'm new to Railwire, I've been posting to TB for years and 'lurking' here but figured I'd join.  I model Tehachapi and the CA Central Valley circa 1995 (I'm from California, currently live in Ohio), here are a few photos from layout.

Welcome Dave!

Your layout looks superb.  In-N-OUT buger really made my day - I love those (and yet, I live on East coast)! :| Whenever I'm in CA, I first look for the In-N-OUT!. Is that building scratchbuilt, or did you find a kit somewhere?

I also want to let you know that you could have introduced yourself in the Introductions tread https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=13773.0 instead of the Administrative forum.  This section is usually for reporting problems or discussing things relating to the operation of the forum.

wups, my bad ...I meant to post this in the n scale section - can you move it?  If not I can repost over there.

I scratchbuilt the In-n-Out.

Welcome Dave!  I was just admiring your latest photos of Modesto on Trainboard and would love to see more.  That is shaping up to be one of the finest urban scenes I've seen in any scale.   And of course, Tehachapi is a personal favorite.  I got many ideas from your pike when I was designing my own.

Cheers,
Gary

Amazing work!
Of course, if I ever took on such a project, I couldn't help myself but to fully illuminate it.  :D
