Yes it's true. Walthers does a have a new N scale structure out.......finally. Railcar Restoration and Charter is available from Walters. Yea so it's the made over Machine shop, but hey, even repurposed it is something newer. Here is the picture from the HO version.

When you click on the link in the 2nd post, the picture and caption state that the model is HO.  The first link given in the original post requires a Walthers user name and pass word to view.

The RailCar Restoration is a May announcement and the Calassic Car will be a June Announcement that, of course hasn't been announced yet.

Here is a link to the PDF file they put out to dealers. It will be on page 2.

I dunno if I'd go so far as to call two redresses "new material", but it's still good to see.

While they are both retreads, it`s better than the outhouses and windmill types they have been releasing

I'm happy to see them. I don't mind repurposing of structures.

It's really incredible how many customers come into the shop and can't see past the name of a building kit. If it says feed store, they can't see using it as anything else. Rebranding older kits allow those of us who know what to do with them another chance to get them and gives those without the creative thinking skills another structure option that they may not have thought of.

Not everybody looks at the Atlas Middlesex manufacturing and see a storage facility, rebuilt officecomplex or loft apartments.

+1.  I don't even look at the titles.   I just bought a coal loader and a grain elevator to use as components in a cement plant.  Happy to see any activity from Walthers.

Exactly.  They are just boxes parts to me.
