ATSF 900/1600 class 2-10-2's;
Some solid disk, some spoked. Also early 1200 class Pacifics...

I went through a particularly strange exercise making the trailing truck 'hot' on my 0-6-4t (YES there is such an animal) by using a Bachmann tender truck.  I was rather stunned how much I actually got out of it for pickup, it really was worth doing.  So yeah, Max, I'll sign on to 'the worst designed pickup truck is still better than the best designed dead truck' for small steam petition.
