Credit Valley RR Co has a reasonable selection of Kato parts.  I seem to recall that might be close to you.  I've ordered from Kato direct and they are one of the only companies that I know that charges the same shipping to Canada and US (they call it "North American").  I don't touch US stores for small orders because of higher shipping and many who can't figure out how to fill in a two-line customs declaration form.  Ebay sources for parts have the same issues.

  That MODEL TRAIN store that sells STUFF has quite a few parts at discounted prices.
