Moving along on the paper mill....a few tanks, a paint job....finished the low pitched roof but don't have a photo yet. I am starting on a chemical unloading area near the black tank car in the background

Finally finished this one this past weekend.  It's been an on and off project that's been in between other projects for almost 6 months.  :D

You just had to defile a SP loco with that filthy yellow didn't you?  :trollface:

Love the weathering on it, got that 'toaster' look to it  8)

Only reason I had time to finish it is because I dropped and broke the only bottle of Reefer Orange I had.  It was not a good day yesterday.  At least I missed all of the other work when the bottle shattered and orange paint went everywhere...  :-X  That was fun to clean up...not! :oops:

No pics as I await delivery, but I won a Key brass PRR class I1sa 2-10-0 with short tender on eBay.  I've always considered going the Max Magliaro way and bashing one from GHQ parts and a pair of Kato 2-8-2s, but I couldn't help myself when there was a flood of Pennsy brass this week on the 'Bay.

That said, if I wanted to do this puppy right and go Tsunami with Pennsy banshee whistle, who would you guys recommend do the work?  I know that the Laurel Valley shops are probably swamped at the moment.

EDIT:  Not all I1sa's got Banshees:

They were all about rod clank, though...  The counterweights didn't compensate completely for the full piston stroke, so the rods took a huge beating.

That's a great recording Dave. I can't wait to see it plying the rails of the Juniata Division.

I did a pair of decoder installs last night, one in my PC RS11, and one in a custom painted Atlas GP40. Still need to program them though, I had left my laptop upstairs and didn't feel like dealing with it at the time.

I also started laying track on my new OneTRAK module. The first crossover is in and feeders are dropped. It's slow going, but rewarding.

Which Tsunami is that?  Sounds awesome!

You also may need to sync the chuff...  Should be one chuff per quarter rotation, right?

I definitely need to sync things up. I was having some trouble getting the thing to run on track so I never got to the doing that.
I was pretty surprised how loud it was. It blew my HH1 out of the water with sound clarity and volume. And to think I though the micro speaker wouldn't be enough. Ha!

There was a guy at the Hamburg train show getting out of N due to failing eyesight:( So i dove in and spent alot of cash and time at his table kinda happy I didn`t bring more cash cause we all know I woulkd have spent it plus another guy beat me to all the passenger equipment he had grrr!

21 new cars
2 Bowser hoppers and the 2 red caboose cars still have rapidos :(
3 decal sheets
3 packs of PRR antenna mounts
metal wheels
and a coupler conversion for a Kato 2-8-2, funny how last night I said I need to get one and then bam this shows up
