Yeah , some of these people are not the strongest spring in the basket . Cracked me up when some guy thought a Sperry Geometry Car was some sort of a passenger train loco . But there are some oddities to be found .

Hmm... that would be
Kiz...

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.

Heh. Go forward a couple pages, and see the "British engines are ugly" flame war that erupts.

One guy dares to put forth his opinion that he doesn't really care for the look of the "Flying Scotsmans" and people round on him for it. (One guy goes so far as to suggest he should be banned for making such a statement, another guy: "Sure you're allowed to have your own opinion, but you shouldn't share that publicly.")

It's like the War of 1812 breaking out all over again, this time over the appearance of a stupid train...

Oh, I did too, but come on guys, you're getting a little worked up over what one person finds aesthetically appealing (or not), which is a purely subjective opinion.
