Con-cor MP15

Allow me to start out by requesting this not become a bash thread.

Concor is blowing their MP15's out for $30 each; that's a pretty dang good deal. I just read the spookshow write-up and it doesn't sound too bad (I'm not concerned about DCC for the foreseeable future). But I have a couple of questions:
How well do these do switching?
Will an atlas MP15 shell fit on the frame? I know the couplers on the Con-cor are truck-mounted, but I assume they could conceivably be cut off the trucks to allow the Atlas shell to fit.
Any other remarks, good or bad?
Thanks in advance

Great runners, but the hood is not scale width. The Atlas shell will not fit. Overall, you would be happy with it if you are DC only and never set it alongside an Atlas MP15DC

They have been blowing these out for over a year now.  I saw on another forum that when people tried to order recently, certain roadnames of the MP-15s are out of stock.
