Protomate coupler pocket size?

Dear Mr. NZT,

If one were designing a car and wanted to use your new coupler in it...what would the pocket size need to be?
In a few days we can speak about the coupler being avail "next year" :)

Happy new year,

Paul

Seeing as how it is patented, it seems like now would be a good time to post some dimensioned drawings!

Although the patent has been filed, it is still pending. The likelihood of being refused a patent borders on zero, but until that time, my attorney has advised me against sharing too much information. I will release some details after conferring with him. Sorry for being so tight-lipped about information, but I prefer to play it as safe as possible, especially after having had a close shave with a manufacturer who was after my design, and sensing there was potential foul play afoot.

Do it by the books, but many are waiting to see what you have come up with!  I want to eliminate the slinky effect!

As long as everything is documented and filed and dated, then it's either patent-able or not...  What I mean is, if the patent is denied are you going to take the design with you to the grave instead of making couplers?

Pressuring me is not going to move things along any faster; it will only make me irritable.

You do not want Dave to release the cats on you.
There's a shyness found in reason
Apprehensive influence swallow away
You seem to feel abysmal take it
Then you're careful grace for sure
Kinda like the way you're breathing
Kinda like the way you keep looking away

You don't want to make Dave angry, you wouldn't like Dave when he is angry.

Side note, I'm patiently awaiting the protomate couplers also :D take your time and do it right!

My primary concern is probably not what most(any?) of others have. I want the most scale appearing coupler. I really don't "operate", just want the best looking coupler I can get, I do however want them to actually couple!
