I'll probably take two sets of all of them.

My layout is dated for the summer of 1970, and I need 100+ vehicles.  And unless I accept some new vehicles as filler... Well that will make my job that much harder trying to fill out my roster.  Just last night I was doing another vehicle search on the net and trying to find appropriate vehicles for the early 70's is brutal.   I don't even have a 1/3 the number of vehicles I need.

Yes, they are cast in white resin.

I'd love to see a painted resin model.  I want to be an early adapter but cash is tight at the moment and I need to know these models are easy to finish before I spend.  BTW, a 60s Econoline van and Bronco or IH Scout would be much appreciated too.

They look great! I might recommend grey resin instead--a bit "friendlier" to paint (and easier to photograph, too).

Nice job Rasputen.

I agree with DKS on the grey resin comments. Another aspect I consider very important is the ability to see flaws in the castings. White is very difficult to see tiny bubble holes, etc. but grey makes it much easier. Essential for quality control. Before I started using the Smooth-On So-Strong black tint, I found that black enamel paint will tint just as well.

I was thinking of some 67 models, specifically the Rambler American, Rambler Ambassador, and the Rambler station-wagon.

(yet the car i'm looking to buy as my very first car is a '69 Rambler American with only 37,000 miles on it, and it has been garage kept for all its life. The price is 4k obo)

Thanks for all of the comments.   Don't worry about buying them right away as I won't throw the molds away any time soon.

I do have a 60's Ford Econoline, a 60's Chevy van, and a 60's Dodge van in the works.  These won't be ready for several months, however.  I also have a 60s Chevy, Dodge, and IH pickup to do, but the pickups are the most difficult by far and take a lot of time.

I'll have to order some Smooth-on tinting compound...
