Here it is...finally! This is an N-scale Pennsylvania H8 and tender built from one of Jason Smith's resin castings and adapted to a Bachmann 2-8-0 mechanism. The mechanism was modified to accommodate the H8 shell. The tender floor was made from styrene, a set of Bachmann tender trucks with electrical pickup, and a modified 2-8-0 drawbar. All plumbing was replaced with brass and phosphor-bronze wire. Walkways and boiler below the walkways was fabricated from styrene, and the tanks under the walkways were made from styrene tube. The marker lights, whistle, and headlight are RLW L1s parts. I still have to add couplers, a decoder, and lighting. Otherwise, this is the completed model. Chris BroughtonI hope to see more of your work, Chris!
