For someone modeling World War II railroading, this would be a great month.  Nothing for me, though, thanks!

Are you sure that these aren't December releases or have they fallen behind?

Pullman lettering on the coach?  Are you serious?

We have to wait an extra month for proper B&O paint because someone wanted a "Pullman" coach?

Definitely the most obvious anomaly in the group.

People who model the Pullman RR would buy them.

Are the Pullman FT's on the way to pull this special magic fairyland Pullman train?  What about a Pullman boxcar?  Maybe a tank car to carry some extra coffee? Oh, and don't forget a Pullman caboose to finish it off.

And you can place it in your Pullman luggage when you go to the local club.

You've got to figure that somewhere, sometime, in some dimension - some of these exisited for some crazy reason.  Let the Googling begin!

Funny thing is if I needed a paired window coach I would buy the Pullman and hopefully rub the lettering off. But they could just release undec first.

Yup, I'll be helping the collector value of these cars in just such a way.

Right, well the MTL blurb says it's based on Pullman Plan B&O 2882-B, so it must be prototype.

Check out the T&NO car that is "painted SP Daylight Olive Green".  Daylight Olive Green?   :RUEffinKiddingMe:

And here's the T&NO series:
http://rr-fallenflags.org/acfx/sp-co408asw.jpg

It doesn't even have the right number of windows, let alone the right construction.  The SP/T&NO car is a full length car.

I wondered about the Pullman coach too, but i found a pic of one this evening. :scared:

http://www.thebluecomet.com/boPullmanGlenBriarBrunswick.jpg

It even looks very similar to the B&O prototype. The pic says it's in Brunswick MD in 1976.

Though, now that I look closer at it, I see that one of the middle windows isn't paired.  It looks close though (on this side anyway), and I can see how someone might get confused.

That car is HW Plan 3523C if it matters the MT car is plan 2882B.
