Hey guy,

I was over in Klamath falls for the show this weekend and while willfully trespassing around the BNSF yard I noted a number of well cars with what looked like containers with their tops taken off.   I'm familiar with the trash trains that skirt up and down the west coast, but never did find out if these are just regular containers that are modified, or something purpose built?  Any ideas?

As far as I can tell, most of the containers in this service are special purpose trash containers built for stack service, such as:

But some seem like they could be converted shipping containers, e.g,:

That's the extent of my knowledge....
