Decoder Pro....Really?

Just ordered a new Digitrax Super Chief w/ Duplex Radio. I was looking into Decoder Pro to use instead of trying to do it all on the throttle. Is it really as easy as it seems to be, or is there evil lurking?
Let me know.
Thanks!

It has a slight learning curve, but its pretty quick to learn.

Works pretty slick when you add wiThrottle to it. Android and iPhone apps avail.

Cost
of Locobuffer or PR3 to connect LocoNet is a consideration.  DecoderPro is simply 'fall down' easy to set up and use.  PanelPro, on the other hand...
