Well that's the $64,000 question, because you're talking about creating 11 more seams in a visible area over 4 seams in a hidden area.

I dunno, when I do it and use Testor's liquid cement and enough plastic melts that I don't end up seeing a seam after dressing the corners.  Especially once painted.

While I admire your commitment to quality, I would let it ride and focus my attention on the stuff I can see.  While this may prevent my entry into the Pantheon of N Scale Gods, it will probably let me get my layout done a lot sooner!
