Another good source for graf:

BoxCarArt

Rail Art

Most are level and centered... got a couple of future decal ideas.

So let me get this straight - graf is short for grafitti ?

So taking the analogy further Atlas's Paul Graf is actually Paul Grafitti ?   ;D

Lazy Sebastians.....    ;D ;D

I have so much trouble deciphering graffiti.  Once it's pointed out what it says, I can usually make it out.  But, without that assistance and especially on a moving train, I usually just can't read the "graf."

Also, looking at pictures of graffiti on auto racks, I wonder if any overspray has ever landed on a new automobile.  :o

Saw Vader eastbound at Cresson, PA in late August 2008. Of course didn't have a camera!

I've seen the Pelican, but not Vader.  Do you have a link?
