Any...I don't think anyone should feel confined.

I'm keen, but probably already over-committed for the next 12 months.

I'll cheer from the sidelines and join in where and when I can.

If I stumble across the right model, I'd like to do a more modern version of my Laurel Valley (circa mid 1980's)  I have an HO car a friend did for me some time ago, maybe I'll just work that one over...

How about this one:

So I like the colors on this one.  I think the main color looks close to Polly Scale Grimy Black mixed with Roof Brown.

Does this count?  It's pre-1980's boxcar boom, but it's my mid-60's short line...

Guilford, One of the cars I'm working on is an NVR ex ROCK PS 5344, which as far as I know all have
been repainted into MMA at this point in time. The NVR ex Rock cars are good candidates.

Yep, all the NVR cars ended up as MMA 1-220, and those were all fully repainted. No patch jobs in that series.

Do you know the heritage of that [EEC] car?

Maybe NHIR?

Guys, just keep in mind one thing about that EEC car-the Genesis car has the dreadnaught
ends-the EEC has the more common non-terminating ends.

One other issue is that the number of side ribs doesn't match. The earlier SIECO cars (as represented by the Athearn model) had 7 on either side of the door, the later SIECO and Evans cars had 6 ribs on either side of the door.

I'd like to take a crack at it. Sounds like a great project.  I'll be doing an N scale car.  I like the idea of everyone targeting the same prototype so folks can compare notes on very specific aspects of the treatment of the car.
