Neither is there anything close to HUNT tower available commercially, either.

I say do it from scratch.
The plans for HUNT tower are available.

Do it on card stock. Take bricks and glue everything on to a card stock skeleton.
Looks like Tichy windows will work. What did Doug do?

Thanks to MichaelT and an a$$hat discount deal, it looks like my code 55 availability concern is a non-issue.

I just got a whole lot closer to being able to actually do this...

Thumbing through my extensive Pennsy library last night, I found I do indeed have HO scale plans for HUNT tower!  Just need to shrink them!

Not so for the depot.  I searched every catalog including the European companies and I don't see kitbash fodder.

The DPM modulars in HO seem custom made for this project with double arched windows, but the N scale walls with triple rectangular windows are a miss.
