NScale Athearn F45 - Decoder Installation

Found that the Digitrax DN163K1B would do the trick.  See the attached photos.  Almost a drop in!

Chulvis (Feather River Train Shop - Chuck is the chief engineer, cook and babysitter)...stock up on the DN163K1B's so that your recent truckload delivery of F45's can be converted to DCC!

Overall grade for the F45 - good...quality of finish does this loco in - orange peel, paint thick/overpainted....loose clear window...the usual.  Runs ok..not very smooth at low speed - speed differences directionally.
