We are still at Marieville, PQ, in August 1956, or was that 1906?

M&SC wooden interurban No. 600 departs the Marieville station for the wye to turn in preparation for tomorrow morning's trip back to St. Lambert.

M&SC 602 leads a string of stored wooden cars at Marieville awaiting tomorrow's rush hour runs.

The front end of M&SC 602 exhibits the classic lines of North American interurbans of the first two decades  of the 20th century.

Next week, the last of the Montreal & Southern Counties, which ceased operations about two months after these photos were taken.

Montreal West, Quebec

This is the location where the three area AMT commuter lines (Rigaud, Delson and Blainville) running on CPR trackage
converge for the last few miles before reaching downtown.   Morning rush hour is the best time for shooting as the locos lead
in an eastbound direction.   Also, there are reverse moves back to Sortin Yard where the trainsets are kept until the evening
rush hour.
