Reality Reduced Episode #5 is now available at http://blip.tv/file/1003661

Going to the Derby City Express?  You too can get on Reality Reduced, details in this episode.  Interested in improving the Walther's 0-8-0 pulling performance?  Max Magliaro provides some excellent tips on how to do just that.  Also see time lapse video of module construction.

Also, our first DVD is available today, and we also have a commercial http://blip.tv/file/1006792 for a clearance sale on POFFs!

I've gotten more than a few reports of problems viewing the flash based version which I'm working on with the blip.tv folks.  In the mean time, here's a direct link to the quicktime version (or you can use the select a format pull down) which seems to be working for everyone.

Leo, this one seems to be distorted vertically.

I just got a note from the blip.tv CEO explaining what happened with my video, that it was fixed, and apologizing that it took them so long to fix it.  That's service!  They report it's all fixed, and it seems to be working for me.

On the flash or the Quicktime version, and via the direct link I posted or via the "showplayer" at realityreduced.blip.tv or on www.realityreduced.com?  I've noticed on my web site sometimes they appear to be compressed left to right, making the aspect ratio a little off, but they generally seem good on blip or when downloaded via iTunes.

When I click the link you provided (http://blip.tv/file/1003661) the video is 4:3.  Your previous episodes appeared correct and widescreen.

I notice it now too.  Grumble.  I think I found the problem, but I have to wait about an hour for the re-encoding to finish.  If I can fix it I'll just upload the new version in place of this one.

Sorry about that.
