I have finally finished the scratchbuild of my N scale International House Of Pancakes resturant. Here are some photos:

I will be putting this structure up for auction on eBay as soon as I finish making patterns from it.

Awesome.  I especially like the planter box at the base of the sign.

Very nice.  Will you be installing "odorama" with that?

Somebody's gonna get paayyeeeedddd on ebay... But I'd remove the micro-machines and sub in some even better stuff for the promo-photos.

Thought about smearing a little syrup and bacon grease up under the thing...
I was looking at it last night and asking myself, What's missing?
Newspaper machines!

You might also change your chimney pattern so it comes up through the roofing instead of sitting on top of it...  Maybe some sort of flashing to close up that gap.

Definitely some newspaper boxes out front, and one of those racks with the real estate ads!

Used to be one about 5 miles from me which I quit going to.  Not because it burned down a couple years ago but because of the hookers and crack dealers which started to move into that neighborhood.

Nothing finer after doing a hooker and a rock than some pancakes. Who's with me here? ;D

I see we like "both kinds of crack".

Nice work. Ditto on the newsprint machines and most IHOPs I see are bit on the run down side.
Therefore she could use some dirt, but that is just opinion.

Looks fantastic ... since others are offering suggestions perhaps little trash in the parking lot and marked spaces in the parking lot?
