Finished NS Intermodal Car

I modified a MT intermodal car into a NS FS-135. It was a fun project, and I'm pretty pleased with the resulting car. Here are a couple of shots of the finished car.

More shots can be seen in my RailImages album for this build.

You`ll never find a Philly cheese steak on a menu in Philadelphia. It`s called a cheesesteak and we all know where it`s from...

Thanks for the comments Jeff! :) And you are right on about the prototype, stripped boxcars. It would be fun to try to model one of these the way the real ones were done, starting with a boxcar. Too many other things I want to do first though, ;D.

Very Nice, RedRock!   did you hand-craft the stirrups/grabirons?

I like the weathering job too.

Thanks. The stirups and some of the grabs are Gold Medal Models. The rest I bent to get the right size.
