Railroad Bridges ?

Question,
       Are all railroad bridges built level on both sides or are their any built to a grade ? Planning a new layout and theirs a area I want to add a bridge to but it would be on a grade making it higher on one side & lower on the other. I could go with its my railroad, I can do what I want but the question still remains is this something prototypical that a railroad would actually do ?

Yes.   I have seen them on a grade.   A B&O bridge on the metropolitan sub branch into an industrial park .

Bridges are usually an extension of the roadbed which includes whatever the current grade is. The caveat is that you do not want a vertical curve in the immediate transition to a bridge. Keep your grade consistent over the bridge.
