Short notice (I had forgotten about it) but in the DFW area, the "Plano Show" is coming up next weekend.

We are happy to announce the return of our fifth annual Fall Plano Train Show being held at the Plano Event Center Saturday Sep 28-29, 2024 Hours 10am-5pm Saturday, 10am-4pm Sunday.. 2000 East Spring Creek Parkway. Go East from Central Expressway (Exit 31).

Admission $10.00 per person Children 12 and under are FREE. Cash and credit cards accepted at the door.
Admission covers both days

There will be a full schedule of clinics.

John, thanks for posting this.   While I hadn't forgotten about the show, it is nice to have the info on the layout tours and clinics ahead of time.

I plan to be there Saturday morning at some point...one thought is at opening but also considering waiting a bit as I'm somewhat interested in that Magnorail clinic.   I do have a hard stop after that at 2pm so I'll for sure be gone by then.  If you (or any others) are there around that time and want to meet up let me know.
