Sawmill Log Lift & Debarker Print Files....

You can find the print files for the items below on my thingiverse.com account ( HERE ).

=================================================================

This is part of my sawmill complex that you can see much more about ( HERE ).... and quite a ways down the following menu ( HERE ) for all the pages about the sawmill.

I'll probably post the print files for the main building later if there is a call for that. Meanwhile I though someone might be able to use the mill pond lift and the debarker along with the chains/tracks from the mill pond to the mill with a different sawmill building.

The print files that are up are for all the pieces above that you see minus the building on the left, some logs with and without bark; the log lift and chain; the debarker building with the debarker and the in and out chains and the final chain on into the mill. There are more pictures of the final prints ( HERE ).

Next are images taken from the CAD work in Fusion of the individual files one can print with the file name on the image.

I've got a lot of hours into this.

The print above is a single print of all the parts shown and can be placed in the debarker building as a single unit. Below you will also find prints for the items shown above if for some reason you wanted to print them separately.

The building is shown above and the lower walkway at the front would be just above the mill ponds water level and where on could get on the boom boat that pushes the logs around and to the lift.

The building has a room that extends out the back were equipment could be stored and repairs done.

Again the building and debarker parts print as two separate prints.

Above is the log lift and chain/track to the debarker building.

If for some reason for your situation you need the lift to extend further down to the pond you can print extension (shown above) and glue them to the bottom ends of the log lift.

The next images are of the individual debarker components that one can print separately if they want to.

The next print is …......

….. the chain from the 'out' chain in the debarker building and into the mill. The log stops at the end of this chain and the arms to the right would push the log off onto the log table. A number of logs ….

… can pile up on the table before moving to the carriage and into the band saw as shown above. I have the print files for the log table, carriage and bandsaw but they aren't up at this point. As I work on the interior of the mill over time I'll probably put them up along with the main mill building and the green chain where the cut lumber is sorted after being cut.

Above are some logs that have print files up at this point, with and without bark. I'll add different diameters and lengths over time.

You can find the print files for the items above on my thingiverse.com account ( HERE ).

Lots more items you can print on my site ( HERE ).
