The room block at the host hotel expires May 17, and then the rates go up., We still have a very few rooms available at the discounted rate. IF you miss it, or have to make a last minute decision to come, there are offsite options available.
And if work precludes you from coming to the whole event, come on Saturday just to the show. The draw is the Manufacturers tend to be much less busy with the public, and you can engage them in deep conversations and make your pitch for the next locomotive (As 616, or Santa Fe Northern for me) or freight/passenger car (too many to list) directly!
