Since many of us build or have built micro and mini layouts, I thought I'd share this. Dave Meek is a modern-day Malcolm Furlow, and even more talented. I'm sure a lot of you already follow him.

This has definitely been the direction I'm heading in.  I'll give it a look as soon as the to-do list settles down a bit.

I just watched the video last night. I like that he actually enjoys working with smaller layouts. He really does amazing work.

Weren't those decals designed by Vern Niner?

The Frijolene concept was Vern's and I think Dave Meek created the artwork.  Dave had the artwork which I had printed by PDC.

It gets tricky when you start piling up micro and mini layout projects... You're not really saving footprint are you?

Getting Thunder Mesa Dave together with Boomer would be quite a show.

Probably erring more positive. Both have a similar philosophy. Boomer is pretty open that a lot of his modelling is heavily exagerative.
