I am going to vote for #4, but with the suggestion that it be moved to the left, closer to the "corner" where the road curves. For 2 reasons- (1) in the position shown in #4, it is close to centered in line with the middle of the bridge, and the fire escape of the building- looks too intentional. The second reason is that over by the corner seems more natural- where a tree might have survived all the industrial construction around it. If it were in a place where it could fall on either the rails or the electric wires, it would have likely been removed by either the PRR or the electric company. OK, make this 3 reasons...reason 3 being that patch of ground is at the corner is empty (compared to track, bridges, buildings) and the old tree there would give it more visual interest.
Anyway, that's my free advice.
