I have it 90% modeled and made a couple test prints of parts of it. But recently divorced and moved to a house needing TONS of work so back burnered for now. Yes I know you can buy a wood kit, but I'm not happy with the look of it so I wanted to do my own. Maybe someday.

Well if you do create some, I know of one guy who would be interested in some! 😊😊

Same. I’m most interested in a four window MC wood caboose, but a 3D print of a standard NYC wood caboose would be awesome.

Are you all aware of the AMB standard NYC wood caboose kit?

Scroll to the bottom.  I have several stashed to build, and while I think some of the finer wood parts would be better in metal, the overall kit builds up really nicely from what I have seen.

Yup, I have one that is done, but it is not “3D printed”.
It is laser cut wood. And I’d prefer 3D printed for any representation of wood on a freight car or structure.

Best regards,
Michael
