Now what thinner does no harm ?

I was using Testors Aztek( blue bottle ) to thin Polly Scale . Now that line is not being carried by too many . So what next for brush and or spray painting ? I don't want to use Windex or Washer fluid as I wish not to accelerate the drying time .  A Web search left me with more questions than answers .  :?

Polly Scale!?  You still have a stash?  How about just using distilled water?  That should not speed up drying time.
