The photo tools are only good if I can find another etcher that will do my kind of work and produces 18x24 sheets.

Plan B would be take the designs and remake each kit layout to fit the sheet size of another etcher. Example, PPD’s sheet is roughly 11x23. If I place a kit design on a PPD sheet, my yield would be about 70% (30% waste). So new layout to optimize their sheet. Time and new photo tools mean that only select products would be reproduced.

Like I said, a setback.
Thanks for the update and explanation of the problem. I know nothing of the photo etch business, but with 30% waste, I assume it would make the kits too expensive?
