@Bryn Thanks for that link!  Just what I was looking for since I'm getting many more requests for weathering models lately, and oil paints fit the bill for me since I weather from prototype photos.

Thanks for posting, I have really enjoyed oil paints for weathering but I'm looking for more varied techniques and ideas.

I've been experimenting with oil paints for two years and I've really enjoyed the process. Not the easiest process to learn initially but the effort is worth it.
