Ed:  My thought, on seeing the CGW herald, is that someone didn't do a very good job.  I know, it's supposed to look that way, but it seems the circles should be concentric!

Huge thanks to Jason @wcfn100 for pointing me in the right direction on the hood details and to @Sokramiketes for suggesting how to go about reworking them.
It was definitely worth the effort to take it apart and make the changes because I also fixed a leak in the speaker enclosure and the sound is much better now. SC #7 is ready for service.
