They are probably still messing around with the new website layout.  I don't know how to browse to it, but my old saved link still works:

Take care not to choose the Online Store page, that is not parts, and there is no direct link (I can find) to get you to parts.
Starting on the very front page, https://katousa.com, will show the parts section link, up at the top, under "Purchase" drop-down menu.

Click on the menu icon on the top left corner.  Click on the down arrow under purchase and then click on Kato Direct - Parts
