So, how did you spend your Saturday? Did you go to the beach? A park? Have a picnic? Me, I watched as 2021 soybeans were loaded in to hoppers for hours. It's not nearly as enjoyable as it sounds. Here was my perspective as the MDDE helped Perdue load about 24,000 bushels on a beautiful Saturday morning in Lynch, MD:

As long as they are kept dry inside the bins, nothing to fear here. Most of these will be turned into oil anyway.
