Has anyone looked through the new Kalmbach book: "Building Realistic Model Railroad Scenery" by Kathy Millatt?

https://www.modeltrainstuff.com/Kalmbach-Publishing-12835-Building-Realistic-Model-Railroad-Scenery/

I'm a fan of most of her Youtube content so I'm thinking it should be pretty good.

But I've been around the block a time or two so I'm not sure it'll be worth it without looking through it first.

Thoughts from anyone who's seen one?

Looks to be a good read that covers a lot of bases. N Scale Supply has put up the table of contents and with the typical synopsis: https://www.nscalesupply.com/kal/kal-12835.html

Guess that is why she hasn't put out any new content dealing with railroad stuff in over a year.  Used to like watching her videos and I subscribe to her channel but all it has been lately has been wargaming and plastic figure modelling.
