NCE Powercab, Anyone else notice this?

I did see this info you posted to the groups.io groups.

Nice to know that everybody's (except for Ed from NCE) recommendation was accurate.  And Ed's response that "The ONLY difference between 1.65 and 1.65B happens ONLY IF you do a factory reset of the system." is neither accurate, nor IMO professional.  To me, regardless of what your email to NCE stated, Ed should not have just shut you down, especially by stating inaccurate info.  Maybe he just had a bad day.  After all, Ed was the person who personally handed me that 1.65B chip at the model show.

I’m of a similar mind as you Peteski, thinking that Ed was probably just having a bad day, so I’m totally giving him the benefit of the doubt. I did send him another reply, just to let him know that the upgrade prom did indeed provide a significant improvement in my consisting experience, and that I am once again thoroughly enjoying the performance of my NCE PowerCab. Perhaps he’ll respond next week sometime.
