$16.

It tempts me to get them in case I ever try an AEM7.

These Tomix pantographs are plastic and non-sprung; just like the ones Kato uses.  They look good, but are fairly delicate.  I guess they will work ok if you use "phantom catenary" on your layout.

Why do you need them for the AEM7?  Won't that model have pantographs?

If it doesn't it isn't a very good model.  If I was buying pantographs for an AEM7 I think I'd by Sommerfeldt.  Theirs work.

There are shell casting floating around but I don't think they have pans.

Last resin shell I saw at a Greeneberg did not. Just a baggy with a fairly good looking AEM7.

These will also be good or atleast close for anyone doing any E33s and E44s.

OK, I can see such "kits" not having pans.  I was thinking a complete commercial model!

Kato or Bachmann GG1 pantographs are the closest to what the E33's used. I believe the Bachmann panto might actually be sprung.

Dapol out of the UK offered a set of 2 pantographs as spare parts upwards of 10 years ago with one of the pantographs being a close match the ones used on E44's. Like a lot of other N scale pantographs, these two were non sprung as well. These seem to be close to being unattainable today. There's a set on eBay for close to $30. https://www.osbornsmodels.com/nspare3-dapol-pantographs-2-13992-p.asp

The Kato ACS-64 pantographs which can be had for $10 with other roof parts included, and are probably the best bet for an AEM-7 with the later style pantographs. Not sprung or operating of course.

And finally, Tomix has a huge assortment of pantographs beyond those posted at the start this thread, and for much less too, not with standing shipping. I've got this link filtered to just current in stock. Kato also has their Japanese prototype pantographs for similar prices.

While not as good looking as the non-functional Kato pantograph, Bachmann GG1 pantograph is metal, sprung, and equalized.  Fully functional. And it is almost a direct fit for Kato GG1.
