Scheme, yes. Weathered scheme, no.
MTL tends to go maximum effect now because they've perfected the process and that's what people want to see. You'll have to roll your own if you want a weathered billboard scheme with RDG reporting marks. In addition, I don't recall the real cars painted in that scheme getting neglected to that extent pre-consolidation.
